1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph8ag4 platform (available at ph8ag4.app and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph8ag4 platform. ph8ag4 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph8ag4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. ph8ag4 strictly enforces this age restriction and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph8ag4, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ph8ag4 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment methods.

ph8ag4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph8ag4 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph8ag4. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. ph8ag4 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph8ag4 support immediately.

ph8ag4 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph8ag4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph8ag4 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph8ag4 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph8ag4 will process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. ph8ag4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. ph8ag4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or Terms violations are suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph8ag4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph8ag4 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn before expiry will be forfeited.
• ph8ag4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where it suspects abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other method deemed abusive by ph8ag4 — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph8ag4 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

ph8ag4 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games and works with licensed live dealer studios for live casino products. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game mechanics and are not influenced by ph8ag4 or any third party after a round has commenced.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ph8ag4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. ph8ag4's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in our FAQ.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and collusion with other players in live dealer games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph8ag4 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to ph8ag4.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph8ag4 staff or other players.

ph8ag4 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, ph8ag4 will report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph8ag4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools to help players manage their activity. All responsible gaming tools are available within your account settings and can be activated at any time.

Available responsible gaming tools on ph8ag4 include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8ag4 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of ph8ag4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph8ag4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ph8ag4.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8ag4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ph8ag4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8ag4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Suspension & Termination

ph8ag4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph8ag4 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no violation is found, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ph8ag4 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending transactions are resolved.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph8ag4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph8ag4 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ph8ag4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph8ag4 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and any regulatory matters shall be subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and procedures.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph8ag4, you are encouraged to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph8ag4's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints procedure and applicable regulatory oversight.
